What is Oil Pulling?

What is Oil Pulling?

Oil pulling, also known as "kavala" or "gundusha," is a traditional Ayurvedic holistic oral health technique that has been practiced for centuries in India and southern Asia. The practice of oil pulling involves placing a tablespoon of an edible oil (e.g., sesame, olive, sunflower, coconut) inside the mouth, and swishing or “pulling” the oil through the teeth and oral cavity for anywhere from 1-5 minutes to up to 20 minutes or longer.

Why Skinny is the ONLY Choice in Coconut Oil Pulling

Skinny Coconut Oil is the only 100% RAW and Alkaline coconut oil on the market today. On the pH scale, Skinny tests a 7.3-7.8 (alkaline), whereas our competitors are testing at a 3.5-5.5 (acidic). Acidic oil harms teeth enamel - making it imperative to oil pull exclusively with Skinny.
